1. Company Services

Elevate Health Consultancy FZE LLC provides healthcare recruitment consultancy, international nursing placement assistance, visa guidance, documentation support, career counseling, and related consultancy services for healthcare professionals seeking overseas employment opportunities, particularly in Ireland.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information and documents provided by you are genuine, accurate, and complete.
  • You are legally eligible to apply for overseas employment and immigration processes.

3. No Guarantee of Visa or Employment

The Company provides consultancy and support services only. Final decisions regarding:

  • Visa approvals
  • Immigration permissions
  • Nursing registration approvals
  • Employer selection
  • Job offers
  • Work permits

are solely made by the respective authorities, employers, embassies, immigration departments, and regulatory bodies.

The Company does not guarantee visa approval, job placement, interview selection, or specific processing timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing valid and genuine documents.
  • Completing required payments on time.
  • Attending interviews, examinations, and appointments.
  • Following instructions provided by the Company and relevant authorities.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Payments & Service Charges

Elevate Health Consultancy FZE LLC follows a success-based service model for eligible recruitment services.

Service charges are generally payable only after the client successfully receives a confirmed job offer or placement opportunity through the Company.

Certain third-party expenses including examination fees, document attestation charges, courier fees, licensing fees, embassy fees, medical fees, or government charges may still need to be paid separately by the client during the process.

All payments must be made through legally approved banking channels.

International payments from India to the UAE must comply with applicable RBI and UAE regulations.

Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or intermediary bank deductions shall be borne by the client.

Once the agreed recruitment or consultancy service has been successfully completed, the applicable professional service charges become non-refundable.

If the client fails to complete the agreed service payment after receiving a confirmed job offer, the Company reserves the right to suspend further services and recruitment support.

6. Third-Party Services

The Company may coordinate with employers, licensing authorities, immigration consultants, examination bodies, courier companies, and other third parties. We are not responsible for delays, policy changes, or decisions made by such third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of Elevate Health Consultancy FZE LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Immigration rejections
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Employment contract disputes between candidates and employers
  • Financial losses due to application refusals or travel restrictions
  • Technical interruptions or website downtime

9. Confidentiality

We handle client information professionally and confidentially. However, certain information may be shared with employers, licensing authorities, immigration bodies, or other relevant parties for processing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
